Over the years I had a fair bit of crowns and bridges which were replaced on some occasions the truth is that I was never happy with them and I wanted to get a second opinion on the long term future specially as the bridge on the top right side was starting to come loose.

All my upper teeth had to come out but thanks to a revolutionary technique Sam uses, I did not have to wear a plate for even a minute.
I had the failed bridge and bad teeth out and dental implants were inserted at 10:00 a.m. A fixed bridge was fitted at 5:00 P.M. and I was very comfortable throughout.
The new bridge was fantastic and looked excellent and was very secure. I could not believe that this was remotely possible!
